lovestriken.com is a free online dating website providing services through personal ads profiles for singles, for men, and women members to communicate and connect with one another. If you do not agree to the following Terms of Use Agreement,
you may not use the service and should not register with the lovestriken.com dating site.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use.
Welcome to the lovestriken.com Free Membership Dating Site. (Hereafter “the site”, “the service”, “we”).
Upon completion of lovestriken.com registration process and by checking the appropriate box you agree to these Terms of Use (hereafter “the Agreement”). If you register to become a Free or Paid (Approved) member,
(hereafter “Member”, “Members”, “You”, “Yourself”) you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested in our registration process and maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
Furthermore you agree to use this service in accordance with all laws and regulations where applicable.

5. Membership Cancellation.

Upon the cancellation of your membership by us, we may continue to deny you membership and use of the service in the future. This Agreement will be in effect even after a membership is cancelled.
6. Content Posted by Member.
You agree to be solely responsible for the content or information you publish or post on the site, or send to other members using this service. You will not post or send to other members or to our staff anything (this includes but is not limited to: text, photos) that is harassing, abusive, offensive, racially offensive, bigoted, obscene, profane, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, inaccurate, unlawful, illegal, slanderous, libellous or otherwise objectionable.
Any posting of contact information in your personal profile including but not limited to: last names, email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, Instant Messengers handle or any type of numeric or personal identification is a violation of this agreement. We will remove any such contact information we find in personal profiles. We do not screen our members and we are not responsible for any interactions occurring between members of the lovestriken.com Free Dating Site after such contact information has been privately exchanged.
Photos posted in profiles and personal ads must be of yourself and yourself only.
Do not post photos of nudity. This includes of you and of others.
Do not post public photos of minors.
7. Non Commercial Use of the lovestriken.com Free Dating Site by Member.
You will not use the service to post, send or distribute any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising, solicitation of goods and services or other commercial mean. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email (spam mail) to other members.
Doing so will result in cancellation of our service to you.
8. Copyrighted Material.
You will not post text, graphics, photos or use the service in any way which violates, plagiarises or infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal proprietary rights.
You represent and warrant that you are the exclusive author of your profile and personal ads and exclusive owner of your photographs posted on lovestriken.com. You assign to us all rights, full title and guarantee all copyright in your photographs and profile.
All material in the lovestriken.com Free Dating Site, including but not limited to: text, graphics, photos, and software is protected by Copyright Laws. You may copy and download this material for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer copyright material in any format, electronic or otherwise without our written consent.
9. Your Account and Password.
You are responsible for keeping your personal identifying information and password private and confidential.
You are responsible for all uses of your account whether or not it was authorised by you. You will immediately notify abuse@lovestriken.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
You will be liable for all charges that accrue to your account through your use or of those you have authorised. You agree to pay all charges owing on your account. You may cancel your lovestriken membership at anytime.
10. Refunds.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of lovestriken.com.
Refunds are to be credited to the same credit card used at the time of the initial purchase. There shall be no refund given in the event lovestriken.com cancels your membership or bans you from the lovestriken.com Free website.
At Present time lovestriken.com is a Free Dating Site: every approved member gets a paid membership for FREE.
11. Intellectual Property.
All intellectual property rights in the Personal Ads service and Free Dating site shall by owned by us absolutely.
These rights include but are not limited to: database rights, copyright, graphics, design rights (registered or unregistered) trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) or any other similar rights regardless of jurisdiction.
12. Privacy and Information Use.
Upon using the service you have also agreed to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the personal information (including sensitive personal information) you provide to us will be stored in our computers. You consent to us using this information to build up a profile of interests, preferences and browsing patterns and to allow you to participate in the service. You also agree to uphold and maintain Our Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use Agreement thereof. You acknowledge that:
- We cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet or your email messages and as such you release us from any responsibility.

14. Happy Endings.
Any messages, statements displayed by a member in Happy Endings, are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not intended and should not be taken as specific advice, opinion, beliefs, statement of fact by the others. These opinions, statements and beliefs belong to their authors only and do not represent the opinions, statements or beliefs of lovestriken.com.
15. Limitation of Liability.
In no event, will the lovestriken.com Free Dating Site be liable;
a) To you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including but not limited to,
damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service
interruptions) arising from the use of or the inability to use the service or the site, even if
lovestriken.com or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such
damages, or
b) To any person other than you. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein but subject to the
foregoing limitation on liability, in all events lovestriken.com`s liability to you for any cause whatsoever,
and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by
you to lovestriken.com for the Free Dating Site and Personal Ads service during the term of membership.
16. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify our parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, and us for any losses or damages. These may include, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities or your the use of the service.

17. Legal Venue.
You agree that the Laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be disputed in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
18. Complaints.

19. Assignment.
We have the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this agreement to anyone part.

This Agreement, accepted by you upon registering for the service, contains the entire agreement between you and lovestriken.com regarding the service and the site, including the lovestriken.com Privacy Policy.
In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms of Use will survive termination of your membership to the service.
This Agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if you breach any of the terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of lovestriken.com.
If any provisions of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. |
